We provide you with a survey to review. This helps us gather information about your business, industry, resources, target audience, goals, etc.

We create promotional, informative, and engaging content tailored to your business and the information we receive in your survey.

We include a caption, image, and hashtag(s) for every post. You can provide image(s) via Dropbox, Google Drive other links or uploads shared with us during the onboarding process. If you do not have images, we will fill in the gaps with royalty free, lifestyle images, or licensed stock images related to your clients industry. If you would like custom graphics created for your client, we have this available as an add on service.

We have an in-house team of content curators who research your business and create all the content. All our content curators are US based.

Once you signup you are instructed to complete the onboarding form. After submission, our onboarding team reviews your form and will be in touch with questions to finalize. After approval, we begin creating content within 4 days.
